Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Technician to join our team in Shanghai. In this role, you will be responsible for the preventive maintenance of key facility equipment and various building systems, overseeing renovation projects, and ensuring the reliable operation of specialized infrastructure.
What You'll Do
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical facility equipment and building systems, including power distribution boxes, HVAC, plumbing, and lighting.
- Oversee renovation and finishing projects through inspection, handover, and follow-up on outstanding work.
- Ensure the proper operation of specialized systems for fire safety, security, and low-voltage applications (including conference systems).
- Assist in coordinating scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs with equipment suppliers.
- Maintain accurate operational and maintenance logs and organize related engineering documentation.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by the Engineering Supervisor.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in property maintenance or facility operations.
- Valid electrician's operation certificate.
- Proactive approach and strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent communication and verbal expression skills.
- Vocational school diploma or higher in an engineering-related field.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in large-scale, high-end property services.
- Familiarity with UPS operation.
