Becton Dickinson (BD) is looking for a Technical Writing Specialist to develop user-facing technical documentation for our critical care monitoring devices. You will play a key role in translating complex technical information into clear, accurate, and compliant documentation that supports our customers.
What You'll Do
- Develop and create accurate operator's manuals, service manuals, and other user-facing technical documentation for critical care monitoring devices.
- Edit and create documentation in collaboration with Engineers and Senior Technical Writers.
- Work collaboratively with System Engineers, Software Engineers, Regulatory Specialists, and Quality Engineers to develop content.
- Maintain documentation in a standard format following established guidelines.
- Partner with team members to facilitate clarification or explanation of reference materials and technical documentation.
- Review documents for style, clarity, grammar, and punctuation.
- Identify and correct inconsistencies of thought, development, or organization and gain consensus with stakeholders to make appropriate adjustments.
