Eurofins Scientific is looking for a Technical Writer to join a major project at a pharmaceutical client's facilities in Madrid. Reporting to the Manager director, you will be responsible for creating and managing packaging process documentation and training materials in a GMP environment.
What You'll Do
- Develop procedures, work instructions, and training materials for new packaging lines.
- Develop procedures, instructions, and training materials for packaging operations modified by the implementation of two new management software systems.
- Convert existing procedures into operational guides.
- Develop documentation related to risk analyses (PFMEAs) and production process flows (PFDs) for new packaging lines.
- Coordinate the review and acceptance process of content with involved areas.
- Document and record activities and results obtained in computer systems.
- Use and enter data into EWM, PharmaSuite, and other company document and management systems.
- Coordinate review sessions, collect comments, project milestones, deliverables, and required resources to ensure deadlines are met.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate or master's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a similar field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a GMP/GLP environment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical or related industry.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical writing in GMP or industrial environments.
- A highly responsible, careful, clean, and organized person with technical organizational and workload management skills, ability to integrate and work in a team, and autonomy for individual work.
- A high level of English.

- Experience with management software such as EWM, PharmaSuite, or SAP.
