BAE Systems Intelligence & Security is looking for a Technical Editor Sr to join our team. You will be responsible for reviewing and refining a diverse set of written products to ensure they meet Intelligence Community publication standards, are clear and logical, and adhere to strict style guides and classification protocols.
What You'll Do
- Review drafts of Open Source Intelligence Reports, IT artifacts, policy documents, strategic communications, training materials, tradecraft notes, slides, and website content for grammar, punctuation, clarity, and consistency.
- Collaborate directly with authors to revise products and ensure adherence to style guides and classification protocols.
- Support leading the editorial process to ensure OSIC written products meet IC publication standards.
- Support ensuring translation accuracy and collaborate with authors on narrative improvements and FDO compliance.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or a related field from an accredited U.S. institution.
- 8 years of technical editing experience, with a portion of that experience within the last 2 years.
- Must be able to obtain a Top Secret/SCI Polygraph clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship Required.
- U.S. Person Required.

- Salary Range: $81,156 - $137,964
