- Respond to feedback from users and internal teams
- Create diagrams and instructional visuals when necessary
- Assist in organizing documentation architecture
- Participate in product planning discussions
- Identify gaps in existing documentation
- Produce release notes and change summaries
- Work with support teams to resolve user issues
- Maintain version control for documentation
- Optimize content for searchability and usability
- Stay current with product developments and technical trends
