PostHog is looking for a Technical Support Engineer based in Singapore to be a vital link between our products and our users. You will combine your customer focus with engineering skills to solve problems and improve how we deliver support.
What You'll Do
- Improve the way support is done, including building better tooling, automation, and reporting.
- Answer the majority of support tickets yourself across PostHog's products to remove customer blockers.
- Work closely with product teams to communicate issues requiring development work and help prioritize requests.
- Work closely with the Customer Success team to meet internal targets for support ticket response.
What We're Looking For
- Based in Singapore.
- SDK experience – specifically JS and NextJS.
- Strong customer focus to help users and remove blockers.
- Good at prioritizing and context switching across a high volume of tickets.
- Engineering background to support PostHog's primarily engineering user base.
- Able to build solutions yourself and take ownership of Support and Customer Success tooling improvements.
Nice to Have
- Experience providing support for similar products, i.e., analytics, session replay, feature flags, A/B testing, data warehouses, CDP, etc.
