Birlasoft is seeking a Technical Specialist – Full Stack Developer to join our team. This role requires 4-6 years of hands-on programming experience and involves development across the full stack with a focus on React JS and JavaScript, supported by knowledge of backend technologies.
What You'll Do
- Develop robust, scalable web applications using React JS and JavaScript
- Build and integrate backend services leveraging Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
- Ensure code quality through the use of static analysis tools and comprehensive testing frameworks
- Collaborate within an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software through the full development lifecycle
What We're Looking For
- 4 to 6 years of strong hands-on programming experience in React JS and JavaScript
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap
- Experience with Context API and Redux toolkit for state management
- Proficiency in Node.JS
- Experience with React testing library, Jest, and SCSS
- Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Rest Services, and Database technologies
- Hands-on experience with build tools like Maven, Ant, or Gradle
- Familiarity with static analysis tools (Sonar cube, Check Marx) and JMS – MQ/Solace
- Understanding of the DEVOPS (CI/CD) process
- Very good web-based development experience
- Knowledge of Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC)
- Experience working on Agile methodology
- Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- A positive, goal-oriented attitude with a focus on delivery
Nice to Have
- Good knowledge in Next.JS
- Preferable Leet code Efficiency
- Added advantage of React Native
- Knowledge of MFE (Micro Frontend) architecture
- Understanding of cloud computing with PCF and Docker containers
- Financial domain experience
