Google is hiring a Technical Solutions Consultant to serve as the engagement manager for key Android and Google apps partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for the success of partnerships with Android OEMs, leading deployments and optimizing implementations to drive new business opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Advocate for new features and policies with Google's products including Google Mobile Services (GMS) apps and Android, resolve technical tests promptly, and ensure quality product enablement and launches.
- Ensure the seamless integration and customization of a partner’s solution by providing necessary technical guidance.
- Improve Android product features by providing partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams including product management, business development, and engineering.
- Oversee engineering projects with partners, create and maintain project plans, drive issue resolution, and facilitate communication for alignment and necessary escalations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in solution engineering or architecture.
- 6 years of experience in software technology or technical partner management in Android or other Linux-based embedded systems.
- 5 years of experience in stakeholder management, professional services, or technical consulting.
- 3 years of experience writing code in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java).
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical fields.
- 2 years of experience in Android platform or application development.
- Experience in consulting or technical consulting in a customer-facing role, with results working with a variety of customers, engineers, and business stakeholders.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $183,000-$265,000 + equity.
