Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot integration issues and escalate when necessary
- Monitor data quality and system performance across partner connections
- Support the development of integration documentation and best practices
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement API-based solutions
- Track partnership KPIs and report on performance
- Facilitate communication between technical and commercial teams
- Ensure compliance with technical and contractual requirements

- Represent the partnership function in cross-functional initiatives
- Provide feedback to product teams based on partner input

- Assist in the evaluation of new partnership opportunities
