Atria Physician Practice New York PC is hiring a Technical Lead, DevOps to drive engineering excellence across our infrastructure, SDLC, and observability. This senior individual contributor will lead the technical direction, mentor engineers, and partner with product teams to ensure our systems are reliable, scalable, and secure.
What You'll Do
- Define and drive the technical vision for DevOps practices across the organization.
- Lead architecture decisions for infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud resources.
- Serve as a technical escalation point for complex infrastructure challenges.
- Conduct design reviews and provide guidance on reliability, security, and scalability.
- Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform using Terraform.
- Own and improve CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, safe deployments.
- Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability systems.
- Drive incident response processes and lead post-mortems to improve system resilience.
- Partner with product engineering teams to translate infrastructure needs into scalable solutions.
- Work closely with Security to implement and maintain compliance and security best practices.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership on capacity planning and technical roadmaps.
- Mentor and coach DevOps engineers, fostering growth and technical development.
- Establish and document DevOps standards, runbooks, and best practices.
- Champion a culture of reliability, automation, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior DevOps or infrastructure engineering role with technical leadership responsibilities.
- Expertise in designing, building, and maintaining production infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform.
- Deep experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Strong background in building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven ability to implement comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and observability systems.
- Experience leading incident response and post-mortem processes.
- Strong collaboration skills with product engineering and security teams.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop other engineers.
- Excellent communication skills for documenting standards and best practices.
- A passion for driving a culture of automation and reliability.

This role reports to the Senior Director of Engineering. You will be a key technical leader within the DevOps team.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $180,000 - $250,000 per year, based on location.
