Chime is looking for a Technical Enablement Program Manager to join our team. You will design, execute, and continuously improve technical enablement programs across the Field Engineering organization (Solution Engineering & Professional Services). Your mission is to build practitioner-level technical competence through structured onboarding, upskilling, and certification tracks.
What You'll Do
- Build and own enablement programs including onboarding, hands-on workshops & labs, virtual training, and certification tracks.
- Translate curriculum into program flows, sequencing, prerequisites, assessments, and transitions.
- Own the calendar and manage program launches, iterations, and refreshes.
- Lead onboarding for field engineering new hires to ensure technical hires ramp quickly and confidently.
- Maintain a continuous learning roadmap to keep all technical audiences current with product updates and best practices.
- Create and curate enablement assets (labs, guides, playbooks) in collaboration with SMEs and Graph Academy.
- Serve as a trusted partner to field engineering, graph academy, and product teams to understand challenges and enablement needs.
- Drive alignment with leadership on prioritization, resource trade-offs, and roadmap.
- Define and track meaningful KPIs (e.g., time-to-proficiency, certification pass rates, stakeholder satisfaction).
- Conduct retrospectives and root-cause analyses when programs underperform.
- Produce dashboards and regular reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Facilitate or co-facilitate training sessions, workshops, or lab walkthroughs.
- Champion a culture of learning, feedback, and continuous improvement within the technical organization.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in technical enablement, technical training, curriculum development, or related roles.
- Demonstrated experience designing, launching, and iterating multi-persona technical enablement programs.
- Strong program and project management skills.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, coaching, and written communication skills.
- Proven stakeholder management ability to work with senior leaders, SMEs, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience using learning management systems (LMS), authoring/training tools, content repositories, and knowledge bases.
- Data-driven mindset with comfort defining and tracking metrics, dashboards, and deriving insights.
- Hands-on, get-things-done attitude; high initiative and ownership.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing certification, accreditation, or assessment programs.
- Previous experience in the field (solutions engineering, presales, professional services, or consulting).
- Experience with adult learning theory, instructional design, and best practices in technical pedagogy.

- Compensation range: $120,000 - $150,000 USD

Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates located in the Northeast US or Southeast US.
