About the Role
The selected candidate will serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, analyzing operational needs and translating them into actionable system requirements. This role supports solution design, validates deliverables, and ensures compliance with project objectives and federal standards.
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
- Support system development by clarifying functional expectations
- Document workflows, processes, and use cases
- Participate in agile planning and sprint execution
- Validate system outputs against defined requirements
- Assist in testing protocols including user acceptance testing
- Identify gaps in current processes and recommend improvements
- Maintain traceability between requirements and deliverables
- Work closely with project managers and development teams
- Ensure compliance with federal project standards and guidelines
- Develop and manage requirement documentation in shared repositories
- Facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams
- Produce clear reports and status updates for stakeholders
- Support change management and configuration control processes
- Analyze data flows and system interactions
- Assist in the creation of system architecture diagrams
- Contribute to risk assessment and mitigation planning
- Ensure security and privacy requirements are addressed
- Support deployment and post-implementation review activities
