Responsibilities
- Design and structure NetSuite solutions aligned with client needs, industry standards, and technical best practices.
- Work directly with clients to understand business operations, goals, and pain points, then translate insights into system configurations.
- Lead end-to-end technical execution of NetSuite implementations, including setup, customization, data transfers, and third-party integrations.
- Offer technical guidance to project teams to ensure timely delivery within project constraints.
- Evaluate existing system setups to uncover optimization opportunities and suggest improvements for performance and usability.
- Create and update technical documentation such as design specs, configuration instructions, and testing strategies.
- Monitor NetSuite platform updates, new capabilities, and technology trends, integrating relevant advancements into project standards and designs.
- Coordinate with internal teams across functions, including developers, analysts, and project leads, to ensure cohesive delivery.
- Travel to client locations when required to support implementation or consultation activities.
