Kaseya is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will serve as the trusted technical advisor for a dedicated portfolio of clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our IT management platform.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary technical point of contact and relationship manager for assigned accounts
- Conduct strategic business reviews to understand client goals and drive adoption
- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for client needs and coordinate solutions
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the client's technical environment and business objectives
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a client-facing technical role, such as Technical Account Management or Solutions Engineering
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts for business audiences
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and proactive account management
- Experience working with IT management software or in the MSP industry is preferred
