Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients by resolving advanced technical challenges and ensuring successful adoption of products and services.
- Establish and maintain strategic, collaborative relationships with clients to build trust and support long-term partnerships.
- Work across internal teams to deliver high-quality technical support and outstanding customer service experiences.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of company technologies to diagnose and resolve client technical issues and improve solution performance.
- Understand each client's unique business objectives and identify ways to increase value through tailored solution enhancements.
- Create and deliver presentations that highlight client successes and industry best practices, while training clients to fully utilize product capabilities.
- Support product evolution by analyzing client feedback and proposing actionable improvements to enhance offerings.
