Remote Recruitment is looking for a Tech Recruiter to source, evaluate, and place top technology professionals for roles across the industry. You will be instrumental in finding the best talent in a competitive market and helping candidates land their ideal positions.
What You'll Do
- Identify and attract qualified candidates for technology roles using various sourcing strategies.
- Conduct thorough interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidate skills and fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and tailor recruitment strategies.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and manage relationships throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from application to onboarding.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a recruiter, specifically in the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of various tech roles and skill sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technology.
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
