Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering machine learning and large language model features to millions of active users, with over 8 years of engineering experience emphasizing scalable AI systems.
- Strong technical foundation in Python and PyTorch, with hands-on experience across the modern LLM ecosystem including vLLM, HuggingFace, fine-tuning workflows, and evaluation frameworks.
- Experience handling sensitive content, including NSFW material, with demonstrated ability to implement robust moderation systems that preserve user experience.
- Deep understanding of how LLM behavior is shaped by prompt engineering, temperature settings, and sampling strategies to influence chatbot personality and performance.
- Results-driven mindset focused on rapid iteration, prioritizing deployable solutions over theoretical perfection while maintaining high engineering standards.
- Strong ownership of code and systems, with ongoing attention to performance metrics, regression tracking, and long-term user experience quality post-deployment.
