SITS Group is hiring a Teamlead Offensive Security (m/w/d) to spearhead our offensive security and penetration testing team. You will be responsible for its technical and disciplinary development while driving business growth through strong customer relationships and portfolio expansion.
What You'll Do
- Take on the technical and disciplinary leadership of the pentesting team, developing them through trust, coaching, and your technical expertise.
- Manage existing and potential customer relationships, expand them, and ensure high customer satisfaction in your projects.
- Continuously develop the service and portfolio offering based on market analyses and current security trends.
- Analyze customer and market requirements, create proposals, and conduct negotiations up to successful contract conclusion.
- Plan, coordinate, and delegate penetration tests of IT infrastructures, web applications, Industrial Control Systems (ICS), mobile devices and applications, and source code analyses to your team.

- Professional experience in IT security or penetration testing is mandatory.
- Strong technological understanding and great interest in technical security and innovations.

- Enjoyment of active networking and very good communication skills in German and English, including active listening.
Nice to Have
- Certifications such as OSCP, OSWP, OSCE, OSEE, or OSWE are advantageous.
