About the Role

Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Teamcenter environments across development, testing, and production
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and version migrations
- Configure user roles, access controls, and security policies
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues
- Support integration with CAD and enterprise systems
- Troubleshoot user-reported problems and provide timely resolutions
- Maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define data management needs
- Implement backup and recovery strategies for PLM data
- Ensure compliance with data governance and retention policies
- Assist in onboarding new users and teams
- Develop automation scripts to streamline administrative tasks
- Coordinate with vendors for support and licensing
- Optimize database performance and storage utilization
- Participate in change management processes
- Support audit readiness and system validation efforts
- Monitor system health and generate status reports
- Enforce naming conventions and data standards
- Facilitate training sessions for administrators and end users
- Evaluate new features and enhancements for deployment
- Maintain system availability and minimize downtime
- Work with network and security teams on infrastructure alignment
- Track and manage PLM-related service requests
- Ensure consistent configuration across environments
- Assist in disaster recovery planning
