Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Technical Integration and Seller Onboarding team by defining clear objectives, roles, and accountability.
- Drive the strategic evolution of technical seller onboarding with an emphasis on scalable, automated, and high-quality processes.
- Monitor team performance using KPIs, business reports, and reviews to inform strategic decisions and target achievement.
- Oversee the high-level seller experience during onboarding, measured by NPS, and focus on initiatives with the highest business value.
- Serve as the key liaison connecting Operations, Product, Technology, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Make informed decisions on task prioritization and resource distribution to maintain efficient and sustainable operations.
- Detect systemic inefficiencies and lead cross-functional, end-to-end process improvements.
