Responsibilities: - Manage expanding onboarding/back-office specialist team handling customer integration, quotation, and modification processes - Monitor operational performance measuring against established KPIs/OKRs - Develop comprehensive platform expertise to facilitate specialist training and customer support - Serve as primary escalation point for resolving customer challenges - Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experience - Recommend and implement workflow optimization strategies - Deliver continuous team development through targeted training and feedback Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years leadership experience in Customer Support, Onboarding, Analytics, or operational teams within high-growth environments - Demonstrated capability driving team performance and exceeding operational efficiency metrics - Collaborative professional comfortable navigating diverse, dynamic, multi-timezone work environments - Superior communication skills translating complex concepts accessibly - FinTech/HR Technology sector experience preferred Total Rewards: We prioritize equitable, competitive compensation tailored to individual contexts.
