AQUALEX is looking for a freelance Talent Sourcing Expert (m/w/d) to proactively find and engage top talent for our expansion in Germany. You will be the frontline for discovering candidates who align with our dynamic culture and growth ambitions.
What You'll Do
- Identify suitable candidates on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms and contact them.
- Spark curiosity in potential candidates and inspire them about the unique company culture.
- Maintain contact and ensure AQUALEX stays top of mind.
- Optimize search strategies and outreach methods to maximize reach and impact.
- Work closely with the HR team to align on needs and expectations.
