Requirements
- 2–4+ years experience as HR Generalist, HR Associate, with Recruitment and HR Operations.
- Comfortable working in an AI-led environment, with AI tool experience
- Skilled in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and pipeline management using AI-enhanced platforms
- Strong HR admin experience: contracts, onboarding, probation tracking, HRIS, policy creation, engagement, and performance tracking
- Strong onboarding and performance management experience: new hires, and performance agility
- Familiar with ATS / HRIS tools (Workable, Lever, Breezy, Skillspot AI, etc.) and Google Workspace
- Excellent communicator across time zones and cultures
- Detail-driven and highly organized, leveraging AI for documentation, scheduling, and workflow automation
- Thrives in a remote-first, fast-moving workplace
Nice to Have
- Experience in remote-first global environments
- Background supporting engagement programs, or policy implementation
- Experience scaling companies or managing rapid hiring cycles
Benefits
- Compensation Monthly retainer: USD $1,000–$1,500, depending on experience and scope of engagement. Paid monthly in USD via bank transfer.
