You will be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, ensuring every Team Member embodies our commitment to service and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract high-caliber candidates aligned with Chick-fil-A's Mission, Vision, and Values.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand within the local community.
- Facilitate a robust training and development program that enhances skills and fosters career growth.
- Implement retention strategies to encourage Team Member engagement, satisfaction, and long-term commitment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Champion a positive, inclusive, and caring work environment.
- Organize and lead Team Member recognition programs and team-building activities.
- Act as a trusted resource and advocate for Team Members, fostering open communication.
- Collaborate with the Operator and leadership team to align talent strategies with business objectives.
- Utilize data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of talent initiatives.
- Stay informed of industry best practices and trends in talent management.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with all labor laws and company policies.
- Contribute to scheduling and staffing decisions for optimal operations.
- Ensure compliance with Texas Food Handler’s and ServSafe Certification.

Nice to Have
- Experience preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
