Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for IT roles across various levels
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and job requirements
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified tech talent
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview schedules
- Evaluate candidates using role-specific criteria and organizational fit
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Enhance the candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Represent the employer brand during recruitment activities
- Provide market insights and recruitment metrics to stakeholders
- Support onboarding coordination for successful hires
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency
- Engage with passive candidates through networking and outreach
- Attend industry events and career fairs when needed
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and equal opportunity standards
