Responsibilities
- Manage regional operations teams to ensure consistent execution of provider support initiatives
- Collaborate with clinical and data teams to identify care gaps and improve patient outcomes
- Drive adoption of performance insights by provider partners through targeted outreach
- Monitor key operational metrics and adjust strategies to meet regional goals
- Support onboarding and ongoing engagement of provider organizations
- Lead regular performance reviews with direct reports and stakeholders
- Develop scalable processes to improve provider experience and satisfaction
- Coordinate training programs for team members on new tools and workflows
- Translate national strategy into localized action plans for provider markets
- Facilitate communication between field teams and central operations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements
- Use data dashboards to track provider performance and identify improvement areas
- Resolve escalated provider issues in coordination with cross-functional teams
- Optimize resource allocation across the region based on provider needs
- Implement feedback loops to refine operational processes
- Partner with technology teams to improve tool usability for providers
