- Enhance candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Develop talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
- Advocate for inclusive hiring practices
- Coordinate interviews and provide logistical support
- Deliver timely feedback to candidates and stakeholders
- Track key recruitment metrics and report on performance
- Identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency
- Represent the company at career events and networking sessions
- Stay current on labor market trends and compensation benchmarks
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Support onboarding coordination for new hires
- Promote employer branding through candidate engagement
- Manage job postings across multiple platforms
- Benchmark recruitment processes against industry standards
- Collaborate with HR on workforce planning initiatives
- Use data to refine sourcing strategies
- Drive diversity hiring initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive personnel information
- Respond to recruitment-related inquiries from internal teams
- Contribute to process documentation and training materials
