Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts (PPLM) is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist

Join a values-centered team dedicated to advancing health equity and inclusive care. We're seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full cycle of recruitment—from sourcing and screening to onboarding—ensuring a respectful, transparent experience for every candidate.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and engage qualified candidates using job boards, social platforms, referrals, and networking channels.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate hiring manager discussions to assess fit and qualifications.
  • Maintain a proactive talent pipeline, including outreach to passive candidates and industry contacts.
  • Partner with hiring teams to ensure timely communication and a welcoming onboarding journey.
  • Represent the organization at career events and support employer branding initiatives across digital platforms.
  • Ensure all candidate interactions reflect a commitment to dignity, cultural humility, and inclusion.
  • Track recruitment metrics and candidate progress in the applicant system, maintaining accurate records and supporting process improvements.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least three years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in healthcare or mission-based environments.
  • Proven ability to connect with diverse talent and build relationships across communities.
  • Familiarity with best practices in hiring compliance and equitable selection processes.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced setting.
  • A deep personal alignment with principles of equity, inclusion, and social justice.

Preferred Background

  • Degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, particularly Lever or ADP WFN.

Work Environment
