Binance is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6-month contract. In this full-time role, you will be a key contributor to our global hiring efforts, helping to identify and attract the talent that drives our mission forward.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, from sourcing to offer
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through multiple channels
- Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the process
- Maintain accurate data and reports within our applicant tracking system
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated success sourcing, engaging, and closing candidates across various functions
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and current market trends
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fully remote setting
Work Mode
This is a full-time, fully remote position for the duration of the 6-month contract.
