About the Role
This position provides administrative and operational support to the talent acquisition team by managing candidate pipelines, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a positive experience for applicants throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview logistics including scheduling, calendar management, and communication with hiring teams
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during the recruitment process
- Maintain data integrity within the applicant tracking system for all candidate records
- Update and distribute job postings across multiple platforms and job boards
- Prepare onboarding documentation for new hires upon offer acceptance
- Track candidate progress through each stage of the hiring pipeline
- Generate reports on recruitment metrics and process efficiency
- Support the creation and distribution of offer letters and employment contracts
- Assist with organizing and participating in virtual career fairs and recruitment events
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations during hiring
- Standardize communication templates for candidate outreach and follow-up
- Collaborate with HR and department leads to understand hiring needs
- Monitor email inboxes for candidate inquiries and respond promptly
- Audit candidate files for completeness and adherence to documentation standards
- Facilitate background check and reference verification processes
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive hiring and personnel information
- Track recruitment spending and vendor usage against budget guidelines
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within sourcing and outreach efforts
- Provide feedback on process improvements to enhance candidate experience
- Assist with onboarding coordination for newly hired employees
