At Lidl, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our team. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment processes for your assigned roles, ensuring an efficient and professional selection experience for all candidates.

What You'll Do

Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles, ensuring an efficient and professional selection experience for all candidates.
Conduct CV screening and identify suitable profiles according to the specific requirements of each position.
Support initial phone interviews to validate candidate skills and motivation.
Plan and organize subsequent interviews, facilitating constructive dialogue between candidates and Hiring Managers.
Ensure the traceability of the selection process by rigorously updating the database in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

What We're Looking For

You have completed higher education and a genuine passion for the Human Resources field.
You possess experience or solid knowledge regarding the stages of a recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing).
You are an extremely organized and responsible person, capable of managing complex data flows in an ATS.
You have excellent communication skills and an empathetic attitude, able to easily create connections with people.
You demonstrate curiosity and a desire to learn, always staying up-to-date with new trends in the labor market.
You are a motivated, proactive person, focused on achieving the team's recruitment objectives.
