About the Role

At Lidl, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our team. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment processes for your assigned roles, ensuring an efficient and professional selection experience for all candidates.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles, ensuring an efficient and professional selection experience for all candidates.
  • Conduct CV screening and identify suitable profiles according to the specific requirements of each position.
  • Support initial phone interviews to validate candidate skills and motivation.
  • Plan and organize subsequent interviews, facilitating constructive dialogue between candidates and Hiring Managers.
  • Ensure the traceability of the selection process by rigorously updating the database in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

What We're Looking For

  • You have completed higher education and a genuine passion for the Human Resources field.
  • You possess experience or solid knowledge regarding the stages of a recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing).
  • You are an extremely organized and responsible person, capable of managing complex data flows in an ATS.
  • You have excellent communication skills and an empathetic attitude, able to easily create connections with people.
  • You demonstrate curiosity and a desire to learn, always staying up-to-date with new trends in the labor market.
  • You are a motivated, proactive person, focused on achieving the team's recruitment objectives.
