Nxp is looking for a System Validation Intern to develop and execute system-level test cases for our high-end automotive products. You'll focus on validating software, hardware features, and their combination, working with technologies like UWB, NFC, Secure Elements, and secure Java Card applications.
What You'll Do
- Implement HW setups and lab environments
- Implement new features of test frameworks, including unit testing
- Develop and execute system test cases
- Support software and hardware experts while debugging identified issues
- Create effort estimates for your own deliverables
- Document and present your own results
What We're Looking For
- Ongoing studies in Electrical Engineering, Information and Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or similar
- A strong interest in testing complex systems
- Experience with embedded firmware development (of test-applications) in C
- Willingness to work with lab instruments, measurement tools, evaluation boards, and hardware equipment
- A capacity for independent working
- Good English writing and speaking skills
- Curiosity and enjoyment in thinking outside the box
Nice to Have
- Basic know-how in C# and/or Python

Benefits & Compensation
- A minimum gross monthly salary of 2100 EUR (full-time basis)
