About the Role

Lockheed Martin Canada is hiring a System Integration and Test Engineer Associate to join the Innovative Infrastructure Collaborative Environment (IICE) team. In this role, you will work on the total engineering life cycle of labs and development environments that support Naval Combat Systems Programs and Proposal Capture activities.

What You'll Do

  • Define or derive development and integration lab requirements for design and implementation.
  • Create or update documentation to support lab and development environment design.
  • Select suitable hardware to meet lab and development environment requirements.
  • Perform multi-discipline assessment on lab environments against current and future use.

What We're Looking For

  • Familiarity with Facility design and/or modification of building infrastructure and working with contractors for implementation.
  • 0-2 years of relevant professional experience with Hardware Engineering.
  • Equivalent experience or combined education will be considered.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical members of the engineering, management, and personnel.
  • Aptitude for solving challenging problems in a team environment.
  • High degree of initiative, autonomy, and learning ability.
  • Ability to adapt and perform in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with Hardware or Maintenance engineering lifecycles.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with DOORS, SharePoint, Visio, or Windchill.
  • Experience with Waterfall and Agile (JIRA) methods.
  • Experience with Change Management, Requirements Management, Test and Trials, Security, Safety, EMI/EMC, or Environmental Qualification.
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, multi-meters, or network testers.
  • Experience in the Military Naval domain.
  • Experience with Sensors, Weapons, or Ship integration.
  • Experience with Computing or Networking components and technologies.
  • Familiarity with Combat System Integration Environments.
