Medialine EuroTrade AG is looking for a System Engineer (m/w/d) to manage the deployment, support, and care of IT solutions and infrastructure for our customers. This role focuses on operational tasks primarily in the Munich area.
What You'll Do
- Operationally deploy IT solutions at customer sites.
- Handle support cases in 2nd Level Support.
- Perform routine maintenance, diagnosis, and troubleshooting of existing IT infrastructures.
- Create and maintain system documentation.
- Oversee and further develop customer environments.
What We're Looking For
- Completed training or education in IT, network, or system integration.
- Experience with virtualization technologies, preferably Microsoft Hyper-V or VMware.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft environments.
- Solid knowledge of current cloud environments like Azure and Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge in system integration and network infrastructure.
- Independence, customer orientation, and a confident demeanor.
- Teamwork, flexibility, and a willingness to travel.
- Excellent German language skills (spoken and written) and good English skills.
- A valid Class B driver's license.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge or initial experience with the installation and administration of storage and server systems.

This is a local position based in the Munich area. A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel to customer sites are required.
