Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary developer for iOS and/or Android, leading one platform while assisting on the other based on expertise
- Collaborate closely with the counterpart mobile developer responsible for the alternate platform
- Manage end-to-end mobile application development, including ideation, design, coding, testing, deployment, app store release, and post-launch support
- Partner directly with development teams and product management to define, develop, test, and launch software solutions
- Collect functional requirements and convert them into efficient, well-designed technical implementations
- Develop technical prototypes during the initial planning and scoping phases of projects
- Work professionally and cooperatively with team members and cross-functional groups to meet project objectives
- Engage with clients on matters related to system integration and implementation
- Demonstrate urgency, accountability, and focus on key priorities to deliver solutions on schedule
- Collaborate with front-end developers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
- Design engaging, platform-specific user experiences and interfaces
- Establish consistent development standards across the platform to enable scalable delivery across multiple brands with minimal redundancy
- Improve application speed, responsiveness, and resource efficiency
- Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in mobile technology
- Communicate technical concepts and proposed solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
