Manage and maintain enterprise systems across on-premises and cloud environments, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. You'll troubleshoot complex technical issues, monitor system health, and implement solutions that align with client needs and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve system-level problems across platforms, proactively identifying risks before they impact operations
- Administer Microsoft Windows Server environments, VMware infrastructure, and cloud-based services
- Support migration initiatives from on-prem to public or private cloud solutions
- Manage and prioritize service tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deploy scalable, secure infrastructure
- Recommend improvements for system modernization and efficiency
- Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and enhance client outcomes
- Build strong working relationships across teams and with stakeholders
Required Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 deployment and management
- Working knowledge of VMware ESX
- Familiarity with public and private cloud platforms
- Background in on-premises to cloud migration projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Automation experience, particularly with infrastructure as code (IaaS)
- Understanding of vulnerability management practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory and federation services
