LVT is seeking a System Administrator to join our team and solve complex Identity & Access Management (IAM) challenges for some of our biggest clients. You will be at the forefront of technology and modernization, focusing on the OKTA platform and ensuring seamless, secure operations.
What You'll Do
- Act as the L3 escalation point for complex OKTA incidents and service requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced issues with MFA, SSO, and authentication.
- Support OKTA administration, including policies, groups, and application configurations.
- Handle P1/P2 incidents and contribute to root cause analysis and problem management.
- Support OKTA agent deployments, upgrades, and maintenance for AD/LDAP agents.
- Represent IDAM during Major Incident Management calls for P1 & P2 incidents.
- Provide day-to-day OKTA Platform Support at the 2nd level, managing policy activities and group updates.
- Manage daily incidents at the 2nd & 3rd level.
- Oversee release management for new OKTA agents as required.
- Perform maintenance and patching of OKTA AD agents and support internal server staff.
- Manage day-to-day service requests and IP whitelisting.
- Oversee two Configuration Management Databases (CMDB).
- Maintain the OKTA Mastered List and Approvers List.
- Manage admin access, including attestation processes.
- Manage service accounts and conduct service account attestation.
- Provide hypercare support for new criteria or platform upgrades.
- Assist with audit, compliance, and access review activities.
- Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and technical documentation.
- Mentor and support L2 OKTA administrators.
What We're Looking For
- 8–12 years of experience in IAM, Security, or System Administration.
- 1-2 years of hands-on OKTA administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of OKTA MFA, SSO, authentication policies, and federation.
- Experience with SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, LDAP, and directory integrations.
- Familiarity with incident, change, and problem management processes.
- OKTA Certified Professional or Administrator certification.
Nice to Have
- Additional security certifications.
