As a System Administrator, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing IT infrastructure for large-scale clients. Your responsibilities include resolving advanced technical issues, managing system data, and ensuring adherence to security standards across on-premises and cloud platforms. You will monitor and prioritize support queues, collaborate with technical teams, and contribute to seamless cloud migration projects.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and resolve complex system issues across diverse environments
- Manage client systems and maintain data integrity
- Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices
- Support transitions from on-prem infrastructure to cloud solutions
- Guide modernization initiatives and suggest infrastructure improvements
- Work with technical staff to implement effective client solutions
- Identify areas for service expansion and operational enhancement
- Build strong working relationships across teams and client groups
What You Bring
- Experience managing Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 environments
- Hands-on work with VMware ESX platforms
- Familiarity with public and private cloud systems
- Proven background in migrating on-prem systems to cloud infrastructures
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of infrastructure automation and IaC practices
- Experience with vulnerability assessment and remediation
- Working understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and federation services
