This role involves the ongoing management and optimization of core IT infrastructure. You'll be responsible for monitoring system health, verifying hardware and server resource performance, and ensuring all key processes run reliably. Daily tasks include reviewing system and application logs, confirming backup completion, and resolving any operational issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor server environments and maintain system integrity across physical and virtual platforms
- Install, configure, and manage KVM and PROXMOX virtual environments alongside physical server hardware
- Deploy and support web-based applications using PHP, Nginx, and MySQL in production settings
- Build and maintain highly available Vicidial and Asterisk server clusters
- Configure and manage dialer campaigns, caller ID settings, and contact lists
- Diagnose and resolve call quality and connectivity issues in VoIP environments
- Handle trunk configuration and integration with service providers
- Support IVR and dialer deployments, including data synchronization and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with vendors on both technical and service-related matters
Technology Environment
You'll work extensively with KVM, PROXMOX, PHP, Nginx, MySQL, Vicidial, Asterisk, and enterprise-grade IVR and dialer systems. A strong focus on infrastructure security, system reliability, and proactive maintenance is essential.
