Invisible Technologies is hiring a Swedish Language Specialist – AI Trainer to shape the future of AI by providing high-quality training data for large-scale language models. You will challenge advanced language models on complex Swedish language topics and document their failure modes to improve model reasoning.
What You'll Do
- Converse with AI models on Swedish language scenarios to test and train them.
- Verify the factual accuracy and logical soundness of model outputs.
- Capture reproducible error traces from model interactions.
- Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
- Challenge models on topics like verb conjugation, noun-adjective agreement, sentence structure, regional dialects, word order, idiomatic expressions, and cultural context.
What We're Looking For
- Expertise in Swedish language phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics, pragmatics, sociolinguistics, and language acquisition.
- Clear, metacognitive communication skills ('showing your work').
Nice to Have
- Master’s or PhD in Swedish language, linguistics, or a closely related field.
- Experience with peer-reviewed publications, teaching, or hands-on linguistic analysis projects.
Work Mode
This is a remote position for candidates located in Finland.
