Archer’s Defense and Advanced Programs organization is hiring a Survivability and Operations Analysis Engineer to help lead, develop, and execute advanced programs for our defense portfolio. You will be part of a team driving technical, cost, and schedule outcomes from incubation through delivery.
What You'll Do
- Lead, incubate, market, capture, and execute advanced programs for the Archer Defense portfolio.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years’ experience in aerospace or a related field
- Minimum of a BS degree in engineering, computer science, physics, or math
- Experience with design, analysis, fabrication, and test of survivability technologies (RCS, IR, Acoustics)
- Experience with ASE and mission systems
- Experience with Operations Analysis including modeling and simulation environments such as AFSIM
- Knowledge of domestic and international threat systems
- Experience leading and working across all engineering, manufacturing, and business disciplines
- US citizenship
- Possess or can obtain a DoD security clearance
- Knowledge of RF, EW/EA, EOIR, acoustic, mission systems, sensors, communications, dynamic and propulsion (electric, hybrid, and gas turbine) systems, CAD, python, MATLAB
Nice to Have
- MS or PhD degree
- Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering, SysML, DoDAF
- Experience with customers

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $163,500 - $224,800
