About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of systems engineers supporting field operations
- Oversee troubleshooting and resolution of system-level issues
- Coordinate with software, hardware, and field teams for issue mitigation
- Ensure timely delivery of technical support to end users
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for support processes
- Drive root cause analysis for recurring system failures
- Implement corrective actions to improve system reliability
- Manage system configurations across multiple operational sites
- Support deployment planning and execution for new system rollouts
- Monitor system health and performance metrics in real time
- Lead incident response for critical field failures
- Work closely with product engineering to relay field feedback
- Optimize maintenance workflows and support timelines
- Train field engineers on updated system capabilities
- Ensure compliance with security and operational standards
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and leadership
- Develop metrics to assess support team effectiveness
- Maintain a knowledge base of common issues and solutions
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for system uptime
- Interface with customers to understand operational challenges
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in engineering or related field
