Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end demand and supply planning to ensure accurate forecasts, optimal inventory levels, and strong product availability across all markets and warehouses
- Drive inventory performance by minimizing out-of-stock risks, improving stock rotation, and effectively managing forced purchases
- Embed data-driven forecasting and planning processes, continuously improving accuracy, efficiency, and overall performance
- Manage supplier relationships to secure supply continuity, mitigate risks, and strengthen operational collaboration
- Lead and develop a team (5 direct, 35 indirect reports), fostering capability building and high performance
- Act as a key connector across the organization, driving strong internal stakeholder management to align demand, supply, and operational priorities
- Partner closely with Commercial Operations, Category Management, Strategic Procurement, Logistics, and Pharma Operations to ensure seamless coordination of demand plans, supply continuity, and warehouse capacities
- Engage with senior leadership across Operations & Supply Chain to align on planning strategies, performance targets, and business priorities
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent field
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in demand planning, supply planning, forecasting, or inventory management
- Ability to analyse and interpret planning, inventory, and supply data to drive decisions
- Proven experience leading teams and driving cross-functional alignment in a supply chain environment
- Demonstrated success managing multi-warehouse or multi-country planning operations
- Experience in e-commerce environment
