Foundry for Good is hiring a Summer Start Class (Sales and Client Success Roles)

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
  • Create and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Prepare and submit reports on client interactions and project progress.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving client success processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Assist in the development of client success strategies and initiatives.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.
  • Contribute to the development of client success metrics and KPIs.
  • Assist in the resolution of client issues and escalations.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on project status and progress.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop client success content.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of client events and webinars.
  • Provide input on client success best practices and industry trends.
  • Work with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Assist in the development of client success training materials.
