Responsibilities
- Ensure a secure and nurturing setting for children from 3 months to 6 years old, working alongside lead teachers
- Demonstrate compassion, dignity, attentiveness, and calm discipline during daily interactions with young children
- Interact meaningfully with children as they discover developmentally appropriate, engaging, and intentional learning materials
- Assist in delivering a play-centered educational program as guided by lead classroom staff
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, structured, and stimulating classroom environment by adhering to established protocols, state licensing standards, and center policies
