Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Bid Directors and capture teams to create persuasive proposals for major, intricate projects.
- Define compelling value propositions, unique service differentiators, key messaging, thematic narratives, and opportunities for cross-service promotion.
- Apply proven capture planning methodologies and deliver comprehensive support and direction to capture leads in shaping strategies to win work.
- Engage in evaluations to determine whether to pursue or forgo potential opportunities.
- Lead regular sales and pursuit meetings across business lines to align key stakeholders, monitor progress, and enforce accountability.
- Track market dynamics, including competitor activity, client objectives, and shifts in government or industry, to inform pursuit planning.
- Build and manage a compact team of bid professionals, cultivating a cooperative culture that encourages transparent communication and constructive feedback.
