NEX-Sales is hiring a Strategic M&A Partner to partner with founders in developing market-ready, future-oriented business models. You will translate creative visions into scalable business logic, bring innovative concepts to market, and guide their transfer to VCs, funders, or new CEOs.
What You'll Do
- Develop financing strategies and sales models for innovative projects together with the team.
- Formulate convincing business plans, pitches, and investment decks.
- Accompany the entire transaction process from strategic evaluation to implementation with potential buyers or capital providers.
- Identify and utilize national and EU-level funding programs to sensibly complement financing.
- Translate creative visions into scalable business logic and bring structure to ideas.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in M&A transactions, venture deals, or business development, ideally in a startup or innovation environment.
- Confident presence with investors, stakeholders, and funding bodies.
- Strategic, analytical, and creative mindset.
- No fear of whiteboards, empty pitch slides, and open Excel files.
Nice to Have
- Experience with grant funding.
