Responsibilities
- Analyze clinical and operational datasets to identify performance trends
- Develop and maintain dashboards for key stakeholders
- Support strategic initiatives with data-driven insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting needs
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting platforms
- Translate business requirements into analytical models
- Conduct ad hoc analyses upon request from leadership
- Monitor data quality and implement validation processes
- Document analytical methods and data sources
- Present findings to non-technical audiences
- Identify opportunities for process improvements using data
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare metrics
- Assist in the design of data collection systems
- Perform cohort analyses for patient outcomes
- Evaluate the impact of operational changes using data
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies
- Work with IT teams to access and integrate data sources
- Standardize reporting templates across departments
- Support accreditation and regulatory reporting requirements
- Use statistical techniques to forecast trends
- Protect patient confidentiality in all analyses
- Optimize query performance for large datasets
- Train team members on data tools and best practices
- Contribute to data literacy across the organization
- Respond to urgent data requests during critical events
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in data science, public health, or related field
