Lidl is hiring a Store Shift Supervisor (6-hour part-time)

Lidl seeks a Store Shift Supervisor for a 6-hour part-time position in our Markopoulo store. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, managing team coordination, and upholding our standards for customer experience and stock management.

What You'll Do

• Contribute substantially to store management to ensure flawless daily operation.
• Prepare orders and organize products to keep shelves consistently full.
• Coordinate part of the team and ensure task completion.
• Take charge of store operations when the Store Manager or Deputy Manager is absent.
• Handle manual labor, including carrying, moving, and arranging goods, pallets, and boxes.
• Ensure a unique and positive customer experience.
• Maintain team unity and effective collaboration.
• Handle financial management tasks and merchandise orders.
• Continuously propose new suggestions for process improvement.

What We're Looking For

• A high school diploma (EPAL, General, or Technical Lyceum).
• Flexibility with schedule and ability to work alternating shifts.

Nice to Have

• Higher education qualifications.
• Previous experience in the retail sector.
• Ability to guide and coordinate small teams in an inspiring way.
• Comfort with manual labor and physical tasks.
• Described by others as polite, consistent, and responsible.
• An aptitude for technology and its use in streamlining work.

Team & Environment

You will be part of a close-knit store team, where there can be up to 2-3 shift supervisors. You will coordinate a small team and report directly to the Store Manager or Deputy Manager.

• Monthly gross salary of €1,072 (unmarried) or €1,144 (married) for a 6-hour, 5-day workweek.
