GNC Holdings LLC is hiring a Store Manager to lead a retail team dedicated to helping customers on their health and wellness journeys. You will be responsible for all daily store operations, driving business performance, and representing the GNC brand with expert product knowledge.

What You'll Do

Lead, coach, and support a team to provide exceptional service and guidance to customers.
Oversee daily store operations, including business performance, product management, and ensuring team success.
Ensure products are merchandised according to GNC standards and are easy to see and buy.
Support the total shopping experience, including visual and operational elements, current sales initiatives, and customer relationship programs.
Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals while helping sales associates realize their sales potential.
Build strong teams using managerial skills such as giving feedback, recruiting, hiring, and performance management.
Open, close, and operate the retail facility, including cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits according to GNC procedures.
Attend community fairs, conferences, meetings, and other public gatherings to promote the organization's mission and initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
Ability to frequently reach, bend, and twist below waist and above shoulders.
Frequently required to use repetitive hand-to-finger motions and reach with hands and arms.
Frequently lift up to twenty pounds, occasionally lift up to 40 pounds. Push/pull up to 20 lbs.
Ability to climb ladders, reach, and bend.
Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 50 - 85 degrees, especially in stock room areas.
Use of a computer up to 60% of the time throughout the day.
Availability to work five (5) days / forty (40) hours a week according to specific store location guidelines.
Availability to work all major U.S. holidays that the store is open.
